In all instances the person
ordering alcohol via City Servants must fully satisfy current UK Licensing
Law. You must be 18 years of age or over. Any third party to whom you are sending Wine Beer or Spirits must also be
over the age of 18. City Servants will uphold its statutory right to cancel any transaction
where we believe current UK Law has been broken. Under these circumstances all prepaid monies will be refunded.
1. Delivery times up to 11.00pm.
2. Please try to have orders for food in before 10.30pm.
3. Minimum order is £10.00 per restaurant visited.
4. We aim to deliver within 45 mins to an hour.
5. Credit card transactions are subject to a 3% surcharge.
6. We can only accept cancellations within the 1st 5 minutes of the order being placed.
Delivery charges - Delivery charge is £3.75 per restaurant visited.

FOOD DELIVERIES We like to deliver from a maximum of 2 restaurants so we can get all the food to you hot. But if you would like to order from more than 2 restaurants you can and we will endeavour to get all the food there at the same time and hot. When ordering food if there is a choice of the size and type of dish please state correctly the one you require. If your order is not correct when delivered we will do our very best to rectify the problem and get any missing / wrong dishes with you as soon as possible. Please note reordering, collecting and delivering take’s time. If the above is not possible (at our discretion) we will speak to the restaurant on your behalf and secure you a refund/credit on any items missing / wrong.
If you do experience any problems tell us immediately and we will inform the restaurant and deal with the matter on your behalf.
GENERAL INFORMATION There is a charge of 3% on all credit card payments.When paying by card we need to see the credit card / cheque guarantee card when we deliver.
DELIVERY TIMES. City Servants aim to deliver delicious and skilfully prepared dishes from some of the finest restaurants in Manchester in about 1 hour. If there is going to be a delay you will be notified. As we do not deliver fast food, understandably some of our restaurants may require slightly longer preparation time than the more traditional take out restaurants.On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays there is more traffic in the City Centre and the restaurants understandably are busier. Therefore on these days deliveries may take longer than 1 hour.
YOUR ORDER City Servants have a minimum food order of £10.00, and we charge a £3.75 delivery charge per restaurant visited. We can only accept cancellations within the first 5 minutes of the order being
placed. Prices and menus are subject to change without notice.
DISCLAIMER When you call City Servants to place a restaurant order you are entering into a verbal contract for the delivery of perishable goods to you by City Servants. This contract can only be cancelled within the 5 minutes of the order being placed. Thereafter no cancellation will be effective even if you are unable to receive the meal, subsequently your nominated payment details will be used to pay for the order. Some prices may vary from restaurant prices. Discounts and refunds are given at the sole discretion of City Servants.
